So, I want to make it clear I did not use their service. But looks like they are the superstar of Texas as they don't have time to talk to you. One of the worst Company who doesnt bother to respond to customers. The story goes this way: I contacted them 4 weeks earlier and talked (over the phone) to the owner for a job at a commercial space and he took all information about the job and said he will get back to me to send someone to give an estimate. Waited that whole week no respond. Following week I called and front desk lady said he out, I told her about our communication and she took my details and said will tell the owner as soon as he gets back. No respond, I called back in 2 days. She said the owner is not at the office and when he gets back she will inform him about me. Week passed and 3rd week I called, lady at front desk said he is talking over the phone and as soon as he is done she will inform him about me to call back. Guess what ? No call back or respond the whole week. Last week I was at their office and the owner was not their. The front desk lady recognized me when I told her that I am the one keep calling to hear from the owner. She said owner was out for lunch and she again wrote my info so she could tell the owner to call me back. Don't be surprise, they never called back. Now someone can ask me there are other companies too, why didn't I go to them? yes, their were but I wanted them to work because they were the initial plumbing Co. Who worked on the building during its construction and they will better know the drainage lines underground. As a Google top reviewer I can assure you that please don't waste your time with this guys. They might be in business but doesn't have curtesy to tell their customers if they can or they can not dobthe job. IN CASE you hire them: good luck with ur nightmare.

We had a potential issue with our one year old home. Cooper & Bright immediately responded, was deliberate and thoughtful in eliminating potential root causes, and reassuring in their approach to figuring out what to do next. They didn't jump to conclusions and were willing to work with us over the course of a few days to rule things out. Really appreciate their professionalism and graciousness with us as we sorted out what to do about a water leak we couldn't quite figure out.

I screwed up trying to replace a tub spout and twisted off the copper nipple flush with the wall. There is no rear access to the valve. I thought for sure it was going to be some major demo to repair. After talking to Scott Cooper I was put at ease and assured they could do the job without any demo. If you call talk to Gerry in the front office, very professional and great person.

Moved our office into a different commercial building. Inspection turned out less than perfect on the plumbing and we could not get the permit and needed the office up quickly. We told them our situation at the end of the day, they came out the next morning, ordered parts probably overnight because they were out the following day to fix everything and finished right after lunch. Was able to schedule the inspection for the same day. For such a rush and what needed to be done I expected the price to be three times the amount they are charging. Definitely recommend them!!!’ Thank you!

Coopers plumming did an outstanding job with our house. We built a barndominium and had to do some figuring to make it all work. Ron was awesome! Really took care of you as if you were family. The quote they gave was very fair, and the only change in price was because we changed the faucets.

Terrible experience! I called this business to get gas line inspected and possibly fixed. The technician checked the line and left without providing an update. I called to next day to see if there was a problem. The receptionist told me the job would require more work than they expected. When I asked what that meant, she got rude and hostile. I asked to speak to a manager or the owner and she snapped at me and accused me of cursing at her before she hung up on me. Why be in business in that field if you don't want to deal with customers? Would not recommend!

The technician arrived promptly, soldered the copper pipes with precision, and I am up and running again. He did not have to bolt off and get parts or tools and had everything to do the job right the first time on his truck. Nice to have honest plumbers to do work at a reasonable cost.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! You will probably get better service from somewhere else. I purchased an Aquasana whole house system and received the contact information for this company for the installation. I was told by the plumbers at the time of installation that they did not have the materials needed to insulate the exterior plumbing and that they would return in two days to complete the job, which would have been a Thursday. They did not return to complete the job. The following Monday, I placed a called to inquire on the status and was told that the plumbers had marked the job as “complete” which was inaccurate. I was told that I would receive a call with the details of their return to finish the job. I did not receive any such call from dispatch nor the plumber. On Friday, when I called yet again I was met with a hostile and argumentative “manager” named Natalie. She was incapable of listening to my complaints and frustrations without interrupting me and seriously lacked humility. I should be the one frustrated since I am the one receiving such poor service. She should have actively listened to my complaints and then spoke to her employees instead of arguing with me. I am not at fault in this. They have left large enough holes in my walls for rain water to follow and settle between the exterior wall and drywall, therefore creating the perfect breeding place for mold following a $1000 install. BE CAREFUL WITH OBTAINING SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. In the short term, you may not have any issues, but long term you may have a grocery list of issues that could have been avoided if you had selected a company that does better work and keeps the customer in mind. A complaint has also been filed with Aquasana, the Better Business Bureau and the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners
